So what is this all about?. . . . . I have been  in dispute with a certain S J Patel 2 Wickham Avenue, Shirley Croydon., the obnoxious lying person who bought the freehold to my property exactly 2 years ago. The whole tale is told in The Story  . . . If you take the trouble to peruse the website you will see that this dispute spills over to my criticisms of Croydon Council on www.croydoncouncil.info and even to Croydon Constabulary on www.metpolicecroydon.co.uk . . the site that shows the disgraceful behaviour of that organisation., and by association www.metpolicelondon.co.uk and www.sir-ian-blair.co.uk  . . . In case you think this is a frivolous matter, this dispute involves extortion, racial abuse (in reverse), threats of violence, tress pass, both by the freeholder’s tenants and the police, wrongful threat of arrest, threat of firearms, police incompetence,  corrupt planning, falsified documents, endangerment of property . . THE LIST IS ENDLESS. . . . What is not in doubt any more is that Croydon Council were wrong, since they now have put one of the matters to right, but only after 18 months of complaint and with the utmost reluctance. . . . The Local Government Ombudsman’s Report is due out soon. . . AND FOUND IN MY FAVOUR.
YET remarkably . . . . S J Patel managed to sell the freehold of this property. To Fineland Properties Ltd of 43 Vincent Court, NW4 2AW  . . . Which of course he was entitled to do . . . but with a severe health warning  . .  My own declaration that if he ever did sell it he was to warn anyone who bought  it that they would be buying this dispute ‘lock stock and barrel’ . . . .
NOW  . . .we come to the interesting bit.
When I heard of this sale on 17th May from Denniss Matthews of 145 Anerley Rd, London SE20 8EG. Solicitors acting for the vendors. I enquired, of them. re 243 Portland Rd SE25, “I do hope your obnoxious client S J Patel or yourselves have instructed the new owners as to the extent of the dispute between ourselves and any owner of the freehold of the said property.” . . . Now . . . I don’t yet know if they did or not. . .YET . . . But I had a bet with my own Solicitor . . . I’ll bet the next letter we get says . . . “We didn’t know anything about it.” . . . And sure enough from Ingram Winter Green, Bedford Hse, on the 2nd June I received “our client Fineland Properties genuinely had no knowledge of any dispute between yours and the previous freeholder who sold to our client, . . .” . . . and . . . “This situation was clearly not of our client’s making, nor within our client’s knowledge until very recently. “
So apparently this property company , one presumes street wise in matters of property, didn’t bother to ask either the vendor, or the proprietor of the shop if there any outstanding problems of any kind or any disputes. They just bought it anyway. . . . Well who can say at this time? . . . . . One thing I do know they didn’t ask me . . . Strange that . . They didn’t bother to ask the person who owns 2/3rd of the building. They didn’t enquire of Croydon Council if there were any little matters they should know about . . Or if they did Croydon Council didn’t inform them about the little dispute that takes up perhaps 25 pages of webspace on www.croydoncouncil.info . .
FURTHER . . In order for the above statements of Daniel Ginsbury to be even remotely true you have to believe that their clients Fineland Properties Ltd bought this property, UNAWARE that the flue at the back . . . (which is fundamental to the working of any A3 business) . . . had an EXISTING but outstanding order from Croydon Council to have it removed by court order if necessary.

UNBELIEVABLE . . . . So unless Daniel Ginsbury @ Ingram Winter Green can give me a proper and reasonable explanation of how he allowed his clients to purchase the property UNAWARE of this trivial little detail,
“ I am going to presume that Denniss Matthews Solicitors Anerley along with Ingram Winter Green Solicitors Bedford House and their clients Suryakant J Patel 2 Wickham Avenue Shirley and Fineland Properties Ltd, 43 Vincent Court (also known as Fine Land Properties Ltd. 2 Hillcrest Av. NW11 or Fineland Properties Ltd C/O Messrs Elliot Woolfe & Ros, Equity Hse, Edgeware ) . . . Reg owners Ruth Teitelbaum, 28 Overlea Road London, E5 9BG and Nathan Teitlebaum, Crest House, 34 Hillcrest Avenue, London NW11 0EN, CONSPIRED to lie, deceive and defraud me of my considerable claims in the matter of this dispute. . . and I have every reason to do so. . . . SO FAR NO SUCH EXPLANATION HAS BEEN FORTHCOMING FROM ANY OF THEM. . . . . . WHICH IS WHY THEY ARE GOING TO BE PUBLICLY PILLORIED HERE ON THESE WEB-SITES UNTIL THEY DO.

These and firms like them love to be able to write this sort of rubbish about themselves. . . . They love the NET for it’s cheap propaganda about themselves. . . More importantly they are afraid not to be there and lose out to other progressive firms.
They forget that the NET is a ‘double edged sword’ and it is just as cheap and easy to access by a disgruntled public as it is for them.
And worse for them, it is a lot harder to combat negative publicity unless you are prepared to go to Court and sue. Which is not a realistic prospect if you can’t answer a plain question like “did you CONSPIRE with your clients to LIE on their behalf?”
Lets not kid ourselves . . This sort of behaviour has been going on for years. . . . Lawyers and Politicians are not bottom of the heap in matters of trust for no reason. . . . its just that up to now . . . what do you do about it?
 YES WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT IT? . . . and that is what they count on. . . you are lied to with impunity and contempt for common decency .
The Law Society condones such behaviour and I have that in writing., The Police don’t want to know because it’s not crime out on the streets where it can be seen.  The newspapers can’t be bothered . . . what’s so unusual about a Solicitor Lying to you? . .  did you expect anything else? . . . you can’t get a Solicitor to sue another for you . . . well maybe if the price is right.

WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT IT?  . . . . . . . . THIS IS WHAT YOU DO. . . . . you embarrass them where it really hurts . . . in their wallets. . . . . it is doubtful if any of Ingram Winter Green clients care a toss (there’s that word again) that IWG may have LIED on behalf of one them. But they will care that IWG are unable to do anything about someone who fights them back.

 WEB SITES like these are going to change the world. . . . 20 years ago the seemingly invincible Iron Curtain Countries collapsed like a pack of cards. . . . . WHY? . . . Not because of armies, or economics. But because of Television. The people of East Germany could see that what they were being told, was rubbish and propaganda. Simply by tuning in to the West German TV over the wall. It is Television that will alter the politics of the World for centuries to come., and is why the powerful and rich are so desperate to get their hands on it all.
BUT . . . The WEB is even more powerful . . because it cannot be influenced by that rich and powerful elite .  . . Disputes like mine will be heard from now on. Corrupt Councils for instance can be held to account. Disputes like mine will not be able to be ignored by the Newspapers, or fake Organisations like the Law Society,  . . . or the Legal Services Ombudsman.
Well they might . . . But who cares anymore? . . . Who needs them to tell the world about Lying Lawyers . . . When you can do it yourself. . . . and as more and more people realise this, and take the matter in their own hands  these pseudo Associations that for years have existed only to pay lip service to self regulation will gradually find their influence slipping away . . . and not before time. . . . it is a disgrace that the Law Society can say that it is OK for a firm of Solicitors to LIE to you as long as it is on behalf of their clients, and providing they do so politely and of course get paid for it.
AND THE BEST BIT IS THIS . . . . UNLIKE THE NEWSPAPERS, OR TELEVISION. . . . This adverse publicity is not over and done with in a day . . . . It stays on here FOREVER and is by definition targeted by those who have an interest. . . ie THOSE WHO SEARCH ON INGRAM WINTER GREEN WC1,

These sites were created because Solicitors Ingram Winter Green and Denniss Matthews  will not respond to my many letters, and because The Law Society will not investigate all this:-
 The reason these sites are still here presumably, is because they are ALL not willing to answer the simple question . . “Did you or did you not conspire with your clients, S J Patel, Nathan & Ruth Teitelbaum of Fineland Properties Ltd,  to deliberately LIE, CHEAT and DECEIVE in order to DEFRAUD me of my  considerable claims against them?” . . well not in Court anyway. . . lying is one thing . . perjury another.  All the content of these sites is based on that premise, and NONE of it has ever been denied or even contested.

It is true that I accuse IWG of being a bunch of total Wankers for allowing these sites to be here and are not able to fathom a way out of this dilemma. More Dirty Tricks. This time from IWG . . . . . . (see also Law Society Dirty Tricks Page)
They are at it again. This time Tossers Ingram Winter Green are making the threats. One of my sites was closed down this week 18/09/06. . for all of a day. The way it works is. Knowing they can do nothing about these sites through proper and legal means. The ones they charge exorbitant sums, executing for other people.  What Firms like IWG and Denniss Matthews (see below) do instead is. They send what are called ‘Cease & Desist’ notices to the site’s Hosting Co.  The Hosts only get 10’s of pounds a year for hosting a site so really can’t afford to get involved. So whatever the argument they simple comply. They know the threats are malicious, and unfounded, since the complainant would sue the author if they were not. But the hosts cannot afford to fight them. Fortunately there are other hosts offshore who won’t be bullied by bent Solicitors. The reason IWG can’t do anything about these sites properly is. Even they are not going to go to Court and swear on oath they did not conspire to lie and cheat me. But they thought nothing of deliberately lying in writing to me for the profit of  their client originally. But denying it in a witness box is a whole new ball game. My claims made on this  and other web sites are based on the fact that Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar ( MCP Law ) refuse to answer even the most basic of questions. They should have no reason, unless to do so would embarrass them or their clients in disclosure of lies, connivance, and conspiracy.  The main reason this site was reinstated is not to have a go at dear old Sir Ian . . . He’s got enough criticism out there without mine.
