Solicitors don’t sell anything anyone actually wants and their companies have only one single asset . . their reputation . . and when that goes they are nothing.. As I am setting out to prove in the example of Ingram Winter Green and Denniss Matthews. Already their firms are worth a lot less than they were a few months ago . . . and yet they sit there and do nothing.

I am receipt of your letter of 17th May regarding the sale of the above property to Fineland Properties Ltd, 43 Vincent Court, London, NW4 2AW. I do hope your client S J Patel or yourselves have instructed the new owners as to the extent of the dispute between ourselves and any owner of the freehold of the said property, . . . . . . whilst the endangerment to our property and persons exist in the manner that they do at this time, at that property.
If you are in any doubt as to it’s extent of the dispute please go to www.croydoncouncil.info where incidentally there is a special mention of the last lot of Solicitors he hired in matters relating to the said property, Lister & Wood. . . . and then very soon in the next few days to www.metpolicecroydon.co.uk where your client will get considerable mention I do assure you. I note you say they will be in touch with us regarding the rent at the above property . . . are they going to be in touch with us regarding the letters ignored by your client from our own Solicitors? Ignoring me . . . is not an option, as Croydon Council and Croydon Police are finding out right now.

I have just heard the most disturbing news. As you recommended I contacted Daniel Ginsbury of Ingram Winter Green who act for Fineland Properties. The people to whom your client S J Patel sold the freehold of the above property.
And what they are telling me in a letter of 2 June is that either you or your client S J Patel has defrauded them by not informing them that there is a dispute at that property. As you know I am actively collecting information about your client’s fraudulent activities up to now, and am still pressing The Metropolitan Police to investigate these matters. As you see I am copying this further information to them. Perhaps this will add weight to encourage their enquiries.

I have now asked you twice . . . . . whether or not you informed Ingram Winter Green about the dispute at the above property. Or any one else involved. If I do not get a reply I will assume that you did but were content to conceal that fact from me in a conspiratorial fashion knowing they intended to defraud me of my claims in that dispute.
I do not know how pleased you are that my web sites are getting higher and higher ratings, with your names getting more and more attention. What I can tell you is that every day I have to wait for a reply, after and including next Monday. Your name is going to remain on my site for a month irrespective of what that reply might eventually be. . . . . . And if I don’t get a reply by the end of the week it will be a year.

These sites were created because Solicitors Ingram Winter Green and Denniss Matthews will not respond to my many letters, and because The Law Society will not investigate all this:-
The reason these sites are still here presumably, is because they are ALL not willing to answer the simple question . . “Did you or did you not conspire with your clients, S J Patel, Nathan & Ruth Teitelbaum of Fineland Properties Ltd, to deliberately LIE, CHEAT and DECEIVE in order to DEFRAUD me of my considerable claims against them?” . . well not in Court anyway. . . lying is one thing . . perjury another. All the content of these sites is based on that premise, and NONE of it has ever been denied or even contested.
For the removal of doubt, I have never called Daniel J Ginsbury “a lying, conniving, scheming piece of pig shit, low life life gutter scum”.
I merely ask the question? If all of the above is true would that make him one? Daniel Ginsbury declines to ans either the former or the latter. It is true that I accuse IWG of being a bunch of total Wankers for allowing these sites to be here and are not able to fathom a way out of this dilemma. Not worthy to call themselves Solicitors in fact.
